Public housing rents are based on income, regardless of the size of unit. At Dale Homes, Swanson Homes and Lincoln Park, residents only pay their income-based rent and any utility overages. At Westbury, rents are income-based with a utility allowance given. Residents pay their rent and their utilities each month.

All public housing units are supplied with a refrigerator and a stove. In addition, Westbury units have garbage disposals and washer/dryer hookups.

Submission of your application ensures that Swanson Homes, Dale Homes and Lincoln Park developments will be available for assignment in accordance with our approved Admission and Continued Occupancy Policy. Please be aware that Westbury is site based and must be applied for separately.

All assignments, except Westbury, are made at our Occupancy Office, 1746 South Street, as vacancies occur. Westbury assignments are made at the Westbury rental office, located at 600 Phoebus Street.
